Finding a skilled team that provides quality service like Harrison Asphalt LLC can make the job of new installations quick and easy, allowing you to have peace of mind and free time knowing the job will be done right. We have all new state-of-the-art equipment ensuring that our team has everything they need to get your job done right, the first time and on-time.
Getting a new road, driveway or parking lot installed can be very daunting. There are many things to consider and our team, at Harrison Asphalt LLC, is here to help you take on the task. We have been helping families and businesses in the Yardley, Bensalem & Horsham areas for several years.
The process of creating a road or paved area includes many things, first a plan is put in place to get the size and specifications of your desired area. This would include mapping out a parking lot, walkway, road or driveway making sure it fits all city or township requirements. The land then needs to be graded or flattened out, creating an even surface for asphalt to be poured. A sub-base is laid to help the asphalt adapt to any natural changes due to temperature and moisture. A strong layer of flexible blacktop is poured over top and is compacted making a smooth and durable space to walk, drive, or park any vehicle.
Having to take on this process alone can be intimidating but a consultation with an experienced professional like Harrison Asphalt LLC will help you achieve your dream space with minimal effort. We have been working with townships and municipalities in Pennsylvania & New Jersey for a long time and are familiar with how to maneuver through the steps necessary to complete your project.
Asphalt has many benefits compared to other materials and is a great option not only for roadways but residential driveways as well. Blacktop cures very quickly, allowing your family or customers to have minimal disruption during this process. Our team will let you know specifics about your project when they meet with you.
Applying a seal coat to a new blacktop driveway or road can prevent cracks and holes from occurring, however if a crack were to form, asphalt is much easier to repair than other paving materials and most minor cracks and holes can be fixed with crack fill or a patch. Asphalt is unaffected by the cold and will not crack due to low temperatures like we endure over harsh northeastern winters. It also does not stain as easily as a concrete driveway would, were oil or fluid to spill. Asphalt is much more cost efficient than a concrete driveway, and having a skilled team like Harrison Asphalt LLC allows you to save money and know that the job is getting done right. We stand behind our work, look forward to hearing from you and adding you to the long list of satisfied customers from Levittown, Langhorne, Newtown and surrounding areas.
Existing asphalt can also be resurfaced by removing dirt, debris and at times the top layer of damaged asphalt, cracks are then filled, and an even layer of the asphalt mixture is poured on top and is compacted before curing. Any old asphalt removed from the surface can be recycled and reused, making it an eco-friendlier option. We are available to meet with you and talk about all the available options that are available. Our team can discuss which option will work best on your property, with your budget and time constraint. We look forward to hearing from you and will gladly supply you with a free estimate. We will likely be in your area soon, and available to meet with you. Call us today 215-919-0511.
